Matt Perez

A third generation Southern Californian, Matt Perez attended UCLA and Azusa Pacific University. With a passion for real estate and finance since an early age, Matt founded Cambridge Irvine and has built it to into what it has become today.

With an unrelenting desire to provide only the best home loans and top customer service, Matt and Cambridge Irvine continue to set the standard for mortgage companies in Orange County. Matt resides in the Robinson Ranch area of Trabuco Canyon with his wife and two children.

Greg Prete

Greg Prete is equally passionate about helping homeowners achieve their dreams. He specializes in developing life long relationships that result in helping his clients reach their long-term financial goals. After attending Cal Poly Pomona and the Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, Greg began his career in the mortgage industry.

Acting as a mortgage advisor, he helps his clients integrate their mortgages with their financial plans. Greg and his wife are raising their two daughters in Laguna Niguel, California.
